SHIPPING POLICY

At present we have the following shipping options available:

Registered Air Mail

This service is free! Orders are sent by Registered Air Mail. Delivery time to the USA is typically 10 business days after we have sent the order, though it can take longer.We guarantee delivery and, if necessary, we will reship your order for free.

We normally process your order within 24 hours but for backordered items or during peak activity periods it may take longer.

Our Shipping Guarantee:

We guarantee delivery of your order directly to your door. If you have not received your package for any reason we will reship your package for free. If you contact us by e-mail with a valid order number we will promptly reply. Please know that our software prioritises your email and we will address the most urgent first.

Average shipping times are currently ranging from 7 – 10 days, up to a maximum of 12 business days from the date we receive your order. The cost per package is $18 regardless of the number of herbal one you purchase.

ACE Online Health Pharmacy will accept full responsibility under this shipping method for any loss or damage, unless clearly not our fault (e.g. if we were given the wrong address).
