Q: How large a supply of my herbal treatment may I buy?

A:The maximum order is three month supply at a time if that is what is suggested you. We can however have your repeats filled for you as they come up.

Q: How do I order reorders?

A: We will contact you by e-mail before your supply runs out to inquire if you wish us to ship you a reorder. For customers without e-mail access, we offer an automated reorder reminder telephone service. This service will call you at least three weeks in advance to remind you to order your reorder. All refills may be ordered simply by calling our toll-free customer service number at 1-866-838-9820.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: You may change or cancel a new order within 24 hours of placing it. Refills are processed as soon as received and cannot be cancelled or changed. Please note that for safety reasons herbal one cannot be returned. But, of course, our moneyback guarantee applies if your herbal one arrives in anything other than perfect condition.
